**Job Description**:

- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project
- Highly organised, meticulous and good with numbers
- GST knowledge (Construction industry) is required

Job Scopes:
Accounts and finance
- Handle full set of accounts
- GST Submission
- Audit schedules
- WIP (Construction IFRS)
- Perform AP/AR transactions that includes invoicing, payment vouchers, credit note and credit voucher and incoming/outgoing collections/payments.
- Facilitate weekly/ monthly payment process
- Progress Claims
- Issue cheques and monthly claims reimbursement
- IR8A for all employees/ directors
- Ensure correct GST code applied when issuing sales invoice and debit note
- Prepare AP/other report for MD reporting purpose
- Accounts Receivable - Follow up with accounts money outstanding and ensure debtors are kept to minimum
- Account payable - Debt recovery, retention follow up
- Administer the reimbursement process for MCF claims -Quarterly and monthly budget review
- To compile and provide prompt analysis to management
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation & closing

Administration support
- Preparation & ensure timely submission of Progress claims to Clients
- Costing for purchase of materials, preparation of Purchase Orders, Quotations
- Renewing BCA License
- Renewing ISO 9001:2015 & subsequent surveillance semi annually
- Daily print report
- Office supplies, infrastructure and equipment governance to ensure no downtime and business disruptions
- Letterbox control and other administrative duties which include Courier, printing and stationeries procurement
- Handle calls & enquiries
