**Talent Strategy Consultant - Org, Skills and Workforce Transformation**

**What can you expect ?**
- Lead client engagement in organization design, skills, employee engagement and workforce transformation
- Provide thought leadership by developing points-of-view and opinion papers as well as research efforts relevant to those areas.
- Support client engagement and project delivery in other complementary areas, as needed
**We will count on you to**
- Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
- Manage projects end-to-end from deconstructing the problem statement to shaping the project delivery approach, methodology and solutioning
- Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
- Independently facilitate client meetings/communications and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Anticipate potential risks and roadblocks, propose solutions and engaging relevant stakeholders for escalation as required
- Lead the development and review of client ready reports/analysis, with mínimal guidance
- Participate in business development efforts including the generation of leads and engagement with prospects, build a strong and sustainable business development pipeline
- Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
- Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team
**What You Need To Have**
- 5-8 years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, OD
- Exposure to working in the areas of Organization Design, Skills and Workforce Transformation, building upskilling plans and strong project management
- Supported consulting and products sales
