Your background
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Prior and relevant working experience and knowledge of the relevant financial products
- Knowledge of ISDA Definitions, ISDA Master Confirmation Agreements and OTC FICC Derivatives products will be preferred
- Good organizational skills and understanding of Back office Operations responsibilities and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive in nature
- A good team player and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Product Suite

What you can expect

The Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) & Derivative Core Operations (FDCO) team perform end to end confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for FICC businesses. Within FDCO, the teams provide multiple services such as FICC trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over the Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations. This role will be supporting the FICC Derivatives Documentation in the APAC region.

What you will do

Daily duties will comprise of the following, but are not limited to:

- Drafting and review of legal confirmations issued in accordance with ISDA Definitions.
- Verifying the economic and legal terms of the ISDA legal confirmation against the trade booking and term sheets.
- Liaise with Legal, Credit, and Front Office teams in resolving documentation related queries.
- Affirming trade economic details and chasing outstanding confirmations.
- Participate in the team's related projects and process improvement initiatives.
