The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

As a policy manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, data scientists, user researchers, operations, legal and various relevant stakeholders to craft policies for different products and deliver major safety product changes. Travel between global offices is expected.

What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for the operation of music and novel products, ensure product safety and operation, continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies
- You'll collaborate with Product, Engineers, Operations, Global Public Policy, Legal, and Public Relations teams to design safety apparatus for the products. You'll also act as a global point of contact, align all stakeholders, and facilitate product launches in global markets.
- You'll analyze the product ecology and user behavior/preference with the product and operation team, drive product strategy designs related to our online platform safety operation, deliver the improvement plans, support the launch and oversee the implementation
- You'll track regulatory, industrial policy development in local markets, evaluate from the product policy perspective, iterate content policy according to platform governance demand

What should I bring?
- 3+ years of experience in policy development, specifically regarding technology/internet/social media/content.
- You have significant experience in content policy, policy enforcement, or public policy, specifically in technology.
- You are sensitive to content ecology and relevant strategies, excellent logical thinking ability, good at analysis and summary
- You have excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to drive the simultaneous delivery of complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
