Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

The efficacy of our content policies relies on how they are operationalized. Within Trust & Safety, the Policy Implementation team works to roll out and improve the deployment of our policies. As a Policy Implementation Manager for Emerging Products, you are the bridge between Policy and Operations teams, developing systems and processes for the effective implementation of content policies. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a scalable, operable, and effective set of policy solutions for a portfolio of products.

What will I be doing?
- Partner content policy teams as they develop principle-based and operable rules of the road to ensure users are safe on new products
- Develop and implement new content policy-related processes, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across product lines
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our implementation processes related to emerging products, in particular working with the Operations and business teams located globally.
- Manage strategic process and tooling improvements, including improved efficiency and functionality, standardization of documentation, and enhanced cross-functional communication.
- Contribute to large-scale projects touching on content policy implementation globally.

**Qualifications**:

- What should I bring with me?
- Significant experience (min. 2-3 years) in a relevant field (e.g., policy implementation and/or enforcement, process management, emerging technology products, online Trust & Safety)
- Proven track record of pushing organisational or process changes;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- You thrive in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment

Preferred qualifications
- You have experience in working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
- You have direct experience working in Trust & Safety operations
- Experience working on new products in an internet, platform, or other tech company
- You have experience in six-sigma or similar lean processes
- You have experience working in transformational change, front-line training, and/or tooling & databases
- You have a degree or professional qualification in a related field
