Singapore PRESTIGE PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 with yearly increment based on performance.
- Benefits: Company medical insurance coverage and up to 14 days of annual leave.
- Working Hours: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full spectrum of shipping documents (air and sea) for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Declare customs permits for import and export shipments.
- Liaise with couriers and forwarders to source the best shipping quotes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, updating the Procurement team on any changes to arrival schedules.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping carriers, and logistics providers to ensure accurate and on-time shipment documentation.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Support the Logistics and Purchasing teams to align shipping with inventory needs.
- Resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in retail or supply chain management.
- Familiar with shipping terms, documents, and Tradenet system (certified).
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
