**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle marine store/spares RFQ - sales processes from start to end.
- Develop and execute strategies to effectively market and sell store/spare parts.
- Draft and submit detailed ship supply/repair proposals, including both technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and ensure their needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate closely with head of commercial/repair engineers for technical support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality and frequent interactions.
- Manage ongoing project activities and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify growth areas and take proactive actions to expand the store/spare parts supply business.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma qualification in Maritime Studies, NTC, Marine Engineering, Logistics or a related field in marine industry,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to sales, purchasing, or project management, preferably within marine supply business.
- Strong maritime technical acumen, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in managing RFQ-sales processes and preparing detailed proposals.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act on initiative in a proactive manner and manage time effectively.
- Language proficiency - English and Mandarin both in verbal and written.
