**The key duties and responsibilities of the role includes (but are not limited to)**:

- Execute Sales & Channel strategies & Partnership activities to grow revenue within the Organizations
- Understand client’s needs & objectives to develop creative plans & present value propositions.
- Build growth and unlock opportunities for SIMBA’s products & services with new & existing partners.
- Strong business acumen with abilities to analyse sales data, forecast & implement action plans
- Deliver Revenue numbers to meet monthly/Quarterly/Annual revenue objectives
- Proactively engage prospects & clients to establish relationship (Hunter 60%/ Farmer 40%)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet Business Goals & Objectives
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management.
- Experience in FMCG is a Huge Plus.
- Passionate in engaging internal & external partners of all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills & curious Mindset augmented with Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be a tough nut and possess a resilient character and a perpetual growth mindset
