**As an Operations Executive (Facilities), you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Oversee maintenance and operations of clinic buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage facility staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Handle budget and resource management, including inventory and supplies.
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Develop and implement emergency response and safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and track work orders.
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with operation, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency.
- Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and advice related WSH on site matters.

**Requirements**:

- Min diploma or degree
- At least 3 years relevant experience, facilities experience in healthcare are preferrable
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
