**Key Responsibilities**:
The IT Business Partner (ITBP) has the overall responsibility to serve as a strategic interface to SATS technology functional teams and JVs/Associates to foster collaboration and cooperation to deliver IT services and support business goals across APAC region.
- Act as the trusted advisor to business stakeholders with understanding of region challenges and provide guidance on IT initiatives and investment in compliance to company policy
- Engage effectively with BU to have good understanding of business processes, needs and priorities
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Technology Business Partners, cross functional teams (in architecture, infrastructure, data) and regional IT leads to address project requirements and ensure alignment of solution compatible with the enterprise standards and established guidelines
- Support in the procurement process for service or technology solution which entails to vendor sourcing, preparation of tender (RFQ/RFP), evaluation and vendor selection
- Create and analyze relevant information and develop recommendations to achieve shared vision and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs between different solution platforms
- Monitor and track key performance metrics, deliverables and milestones of IT services and projects
- Develop program to foster partnership through technology sharing and tighten cooperation within IT community in APAC region

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in System information, Computer Science, or equivalent Information Technology disciplines
- At least 5 years of Business and / or Systems Analyst and IT Project Management experiences
- Have demonstrated at least 3 years in project management experience in managing different stakeholders including business process owners, external vendors and support teams; or prior experience in leading teams, projects or programs
- Possess professional certification (ie. Project Management, Business Analysis or related)
- Possess good technical background, broad knowledge of technology solutions and ability to use them to effectively coordinate across both internal and external resources
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Has the capability to organize, manage, and direct cross-functional teams to address and solve technical and business issues
- Able to work independently and also cohesively in a team
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate/lead multiple projects/activities with competing priorities
