**Job Summary**
You will be a Group Finance business partner to Technology Business Unit, with a focus on Asia markets. In this role, you will be responsible for management reporting, analysis, performance tracking and issues management, decision support, budgeting/planning and working capital control. You will also support Global and/or Regional and Local Finance projects, where necessary.

**General Responsibilities**
- Finance Business Partnering to the local teams
- Drive annual target setting process within the region. Establish targets together with local/regional management
- Prepare presentations and monthly and quarterly reports to Senior Management
- Analyze monthly performance based on various data sources to derive a consistent picture of current performance, key issues and action items
- Provide proactive, in-depth analysis and subsequent challenges for the region on key financial items such as working capital, profitability and cost development
- Good knowledge of the business, variance analysis, working capital management, coordination with the countries on inventory purchases and customer receivables
- Work in collaboration with Business Partners and key stakeholders to drive transformation
- Participate and drive within the region continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business and finance processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, MORE, PowerBI and etc.)
- Work with local finance business partners and country finance head to drive consistency of analytics and reporting. Drive high quality business control support to the region
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Controlling and DKSH behaviour as part of continuous learning
- Navigate the BU performance with vast knowledge and skills on the country financial performance, its potential and remove constraints along the processes
- Working closely with GBUM, LBUM and Country Finance to improve the in the aspect of business partnering, strategy, business performance and results

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role, with minimum 3 years’ experience in Big 4 accounting firms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A mind of curiosity to challenge the status quo
- Courage to speak up
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Resilient & pragmatic
- Strong MS-Excel knowledge are a must
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills are a must
- Working knowledge of HFM Hyperion / SAP (good to have)
- Working knowledge of PowerBI (good to have)

**Education**
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
