Customer Service Administrator

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Support the Business Development Team with administrative tasks such as verifying learner funding, enrolling learners, and managing payment follow-ups.
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to engage potential learners.
- Compile spreadsheets, maintain filing systems, and trace documentation for reporting purposes.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
**Secondary Responsibilities**:
- Provide relief coverage for the Front Desk and Customer Service Officer during breaks or absences.
- Be well-versed in our course offerings and confidently explain them to walk-in and phone enquiries.
- Assist walk-in customers with class sign-ups and payments.
- Handle phone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
**What You Bring**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A Diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
