**Job Description**:

- Identify and tackle the issues and customers’ needs within the time limit achieve high satisfaction
- Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customers through good communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appreciate solutions and alternatives, and follow through on the case
- Keep records of customer interactions and progressions on the case (Call logging)
- Be soft-spoken & courteous, to go extra mile to support customers for the best customer satisfaction
- Any other tasks (such as administrative support & weekend tasks) that may be assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 2 years and above experience in the similar position (excluding internship)
- Diploma or professional cert in customer services related study or in general fields
- Possess basic knowledge of PC skills are an advantage
- Teamwork spirit, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and fast learner
- Japanese knowledge is essential as large customers are Japanese
