As Category Insights Manager you will work for one of the biggest dairy cooperatives in the world. The business group Consumer Dairy offers consumers all over the world a wealth of high-quality, delicious and nutritious products, such as milk, yoghurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, cream and many more. You will work in the DMI Team, which represents Digital, Media, Insight, Data & Analytics and eCommerce for the Consumer Dairy business group. Your responsibility is to manage the consumer insights projects and digital research needs of the business group (particularly the Global Family Nutrition team) in order to support their marketing and innovation initiatives globally, and in specific markets.

What we ask:

- 15 years experience in consumer insight, preferably in a multi-cultural, international context
- Experienced in different types of market research (qual and quant) methodologies for brand positioning, communication testing and NPD/innovation testing
- Experienced in both online & offline research testing solutions
- FMCG Sector Knowledge (ideally food and beverage categories)
- Experienced in stakeholder management and servicing

You will manage and conduct the regional consumer insights function in the Asia-Pacific markets to support marketing and innovation/renovation initiatives of the Global Commercial teams in this region.
- Provide consultancy and guidance to APAC markets in terms of the most appropriate research solutions to address business needs/initiatives in the region.
- Support strategy initiatives - taking an active role in defining the actions standards/ KPIs to implement and monitor business growth initiatives.
- Infuse digital thinking/mindset to answer business questions and translated assumptions into tests and ultimately identify tangible product ideas and growth opportunities.
- Manage Senior Stakeholders with timely and relevant data and insights.
