Senior Executive

This purpose of this role is to enhance employer branding, increase employee engagement and promote desired organisational culture through managing various activities and projects. One of the core responsibilities is to develop, plan and execute initiatives in line with the company’s community engagement efforts. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building an engaging and inclusive culture within the company.

**Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes as well as conduct periodic reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Build relationships with community partners and key stakeholders and function as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives
- Promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders and rally participation from employees
- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
- Support and execute department’s employee engagement events such as senior management / divisional engagement sessions, award ceremonies, retirement events etc.

- For Ground Staff
- If you are successful, this will be considered a lateral transfer.
- For Non-Ground Staff
- Subject to meeting the requirements below.
**Requirements**:
- Good degree with at least 3 years’ experience in roles relating to employee engagement and / or Corporate Social Responsibility
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing charity organisations and best practices for CSR will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network
- Resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
