This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset, and achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. **Responsibilities: - Design a unique engagement experience in assimilating new employees into the company. - Be the HR champion and enabler that interfaces with HR Business Partners and People managers to facilitate employee movements. - Manage the company's core enterprise systems for data quality management throughout the employee life cycle. - Lead data analytics and reporting for People metrics and trends to extract valuable insights and guide decision-making. - Influence positive changes in the work environment and culture through various levers impacting employee engagement. - Support People operations deliverables including performance & talent management, end-to-end employee life cycle, undertake to be People system admin in ensuring data integrity, accuracy and is compliant to employment laws and statutory regulations. - Support HR innovation and technology solutions projects/initiatives. - Be the EX-champion for People policies and practices, compensation, and benefits. **What you can bring to the table: - Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role. - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. - Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, workforce, and HR Tech trends. - Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities, and execute commitments. - Good people acumen and ability to frame people initiatives and solutions in a business context. - Independent thinker and results-oriented with the ability to quickly sort through information, form points of view, and develop appropriate solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. - Team player and demonstrates a positive, "can do" attitude - willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute to all parts of the company's employee experience. - Advocate and be the voice of employees. **WHAT’S ON OFFER** Your interest will be treated with strict confidentiality.
