**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Marketing team is responsible for bringing new advertisers into the Google family of ad products to help advertisers grow their business, reach new audiences, and engage their customer base. We leverage direct marketing channels, innovative alternative channels and sales enablement programs to reach prospective advertisers. We invest in learning about evolving user preference and industry trends, and execute in a - pilot - iterate - scale - approach. Our goals are specific and significant - quantity and quality of new advertisers, supporting Google’s overall growth.

You’ll be a growth marketing manager with dual responsibilities of setting up experiments for the web channel to increase conversion rates on Google’s ads homepage as well as a project manager, organizing APAC wide multi-channel experiments based on growth marketing principles. For web experimentation, you'll partner closely with APAC web lead to create test plans, support business casing and measurement. In organizing initiatives, you'll own an initiative tracker and process from business casing, project plan development, launch, significance, and scaling.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems-from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can-changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire and grow SMB customers on the web channel to drive acquisitions, and maximize funnel conversion rate optimization. Set up experimentation pilots across APAC, report effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Set up A/B testing to increase conversion rate including sample size determination, monitor and analyze statistical significance, manage experimentation test plans, and project briefs.
- Organize initiatives, keeping track of business casing, project plan development, launch, significance and scaling. Present overviews of initiative status and capacity to wider regional and local stakeholders to maintain visibility and alignment.
- Utilize project management systems to manage team's current and backlogged initiatives. Monitor significance of initiatives to flag for scaling or deprecation.
