Customer Success Executive

The Customer Success Executive will play a key role in forging strong customer relationships with our software users. Understanding customers' problems and requirements, working with the dev team to create solutions and eventually, helping customers to solve problems. Key objective is to create loyal and happy users.
**Responsibilities**:
- To be the knowledgeable point of contact for Finica Enterprise solutions and the crucial link between the customers and the dev team
- Handle day to day customers' requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Build and develop the rapport with new and existing customers to keep them satisfied with Finica's products and services
- Independently and successfully manage a high volume of issues or escalation cases
- Involve in product innovation and constantly improving the overall customers' experience in using Finica's solutions
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Customer Relationship management
- Conducting Product Demo and Training
- Teamwork
- Active participation in product innovation
- Knowledge in insurance and investment industry is a plus
