Job Description

This incumbent is needed to ensure overall Treasury operations and cash management including cash pooling for subsidiaries, settlement, daily liquidity management, bankers guarantee issuances, reporting requirements for Finance and administration of bank accounts for Singapore Post Limited and SingPost Group Treasury Pte Ltd. In addition, she/he has to monitor and hedge against Foreign Exchange risk, involving transactions for SDR relating to International Postal Accounting and foreign currency payables and receivables. She/he is also overseeing debt management and loan operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all Treasury Functions and involved in ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor compliance for SingPost Group according to Group Treasury Policies & Guidelines, undertake treasury functions for Subsidiaries Groups, ensure timely and accurate treasury reporting for the Group.

- Manage a team of Treasury professionals to provide operational support for all activities within the Group Treasury function. This includes front, middle, and back-office activities across liquidity, liability and risk management.
- Ensure adequate funding by proactively reviewing and negotiating banking facilities and maintain adequate banking facilities to meet funding and operational requirements.
- Monitor and ensure timely loan drawdown/rollover/repayment/interest settlements.
- Assist to formulate strategies and plans to meet funding requirements of the Group.
- Review cash flow forecast of subsidiaries locally and overseas.
- Lead in design and implementation of automated processes, streamline and enhance workflow and controls.
- Main liaison with counter-parties and senior decision makers from internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal/Secretariat and Investment).
- Assist on ad-hoc treasury related projects/tasks as assigned.
- Primary contact for all banking relationship.
