**The Job**
You will support the Group Treasury department and will report to Vice President, Group Treasury.

**Responsibilities**
1. Corporate Finance
- Help with the documentation and execution of capital market issuance
- Help review overall debt levels and cashflow projections
- Help analyze optimum capital structure and developing short-term and long-term financing strategies

2. Debt & Portfolio Risk Management
- Work with banks on credit and treasury facilities, negotiation on rates
- Review loan documents
- Follow the market updates on interest rates and foreign exchange
- Liaise internally to prepare the documents for loan execution
- Ensure transactions comply with the guidelines

3. Reporting and Other Projects
- Collate and compile information for reporting and market deals
- Prepare slides for all reporting, including internal department heads
- Prepare internal approval papers
- Participate in any other ad-hoc treasury projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Finance or the equivalent
- An eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills and have good initiative
