Our client is a well-known and globally established investment bank and is recruiting this exciting contract to perm opening which will encompass treasury strategy, business process, cost and people management. Collaborating with business partners you will be responsible for the delivery of treasury and FX operations initiatives in line with the bank's control and governance framework. To succeed you will need to be a structured thinker to explain complex treasury processes and have great organisational skills.

Responsibilities (including and not limited to):

- Assess, make recommendations and where appropriate implement and drive new treasury strategies across operations
- Propose treasury control improvements and enhancements
- Oversee treasury cost management to maximise budget allocation
- Upskill team capability, technology and infrastructure, improving efficiency and automation of process
- Utilise data driven analytics to shape decision making with a focus on people and cost strategy

Core Skills:

- 12+ years within a Group Treasury role which encompasses people management, cost analysis and budgeting
- In depth treasury and FX product knowledge as well as BSM and ALM
- A sound understanding of governance standards, finance and business management
- Must possess executive-level communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills including data analysis and quantitative modelling to shape decision making
- Ability to drive stakeholder management toward desired outcomes and excellent presentation skills
