**Responsibilities**:
Operational Demands
- To lead and manage all operations in AMC, Project, AGSS, Fuel Depots, Engineering / Maintenance.
- Ensure timely performance of operations, maintenance and completion of projects in a safe manner to meet the set KPIs for both company and customer.
- Establish, maintain and review operational work scope, its processes, hardware and to oversee its execution to meet customers’ expectations.
- Liaise with each worksite to obtain relevant demand forecast and plan for fuel stock accordingly.
- Investigate fuel losses immediately and take corrective actions
- Obtain feedback from respective worksites and to carry out necessary actions to improve the system at work.

Contract Management
- Oversee the management of the various contracts.
- Liaise with authority on operational and engineering work issues
- Manage strategic contractual issues between company and its customers.
- Maintain close links with key customers to shape customer mindset
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and solutions to tackle business challenges.
- Generate or vet monthly reports for both internal and external customers.

**Resource Management**:

- Maintain overview on the status of the facilities, functional units and equipment and to initiate necessary work services (in-house or external agencies).
- Plan and manage operational budgets for worksites.
- Work close with cross-functional ops teams to achieve better operational efficiencies by optimizing resource deployment.
- Balance between operational and maintenance requirements so as to achieve safe operations.
- Cost control of OT and manage MC rate below national average

Manpower and Training
- Liaise with HR for manpower planning and staffing requirements for worksites.
- Supervise the managers under Ops Group.
- Responsible to the staff’s career planning and development (Operation and Maintenance group) progress.

Growth Strategy
- Involved in developing new markets. This is to be done in collaboration with AGM (Business Development) and Base Managers or as directed by GM.
- Drive initiatives at the management and organizational level so as to contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Quality and Safety
- Together with QHSSE, to ensure that the established procedures are in place and reviewed timely.
- Ensure that all operations are being carried out in a safe work environment.
- Ensure zero accident / LTI

Others
- Operationalized new base/projects to ensure smooth transition/implementation.
- Assist GM in overseeing the technical and maintenance related issues.
- Lead in strategic planning and management action plans.
- In the absence of the GM, may be tasked to cover the duties of the GM.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in any relevant.
- Aviation / Airport Operations experience is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
