Credit Quality Management Junior Manager/manager

Material credit risk event reporting,monitering and follow up ;
- Post-lending credit management.Including but not limited overdue account monitoring and reporting, Currency Mismatch control and monitering，post-lending management investigation;
- Assist in formulating and / or revising policies and procedures relevant to post-lending credit management and monitoring.And prepare regulatory and management reports.
- Centralized management of non-performing corporate credit assets by the bank, including the collection, revitalization, collateral takeover and disposal of non-performing credit assets, debt reduction, bad debt write-off, etc. Manage the bad debt accounts and write-off accounts.
- Provide guidance to retail Non-performing Loan;
- Assist in formulating and / or revising policies and procedures relevant to Non-performing Loan management;
- Prepare regulatory and management reports.
- Perform any other relevant duties to achieve team’s targets.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree or above(Finance, Economics accounting or related majors) with more than 2 year of relevant work experience.
- If the applicant has Non Performance Loan management /collection work experience or Post-lending management work experience is preferred.
- Strong financial, analytical and credit management skill, Outstanding communication skills, data analysis, investigation ability；Familiar with the management requirements of bank's bad credit collection and, and have independent project management capabilities
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required(Including the ability to write Chinese reports) as incumbent is required to communicate with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
