We are looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in supporting of our organization growth. In this role, you will be involved and responsible in full cycle recruiting, by creating strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. This is an individual contributor role, reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, based in Singapore.

**About the role - you will**:

- Be responsible for the hiring of different job levels for Support and Professional roles in Singapor
- Advise hiring manager on the recruitment process and provide guidance where needed, ensuring that the hiring is in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring
- Build and maintain strong business partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
- Maintain knowledge, keep up to date on industry trends and share market knowledge with stakeholders
- Take part in recruitment events/activities including walk-in interviews, career fairs
- Participate in regional projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function

**Your experience includes**:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Working in a high-tech environment preferred
- Using proven ability to affect change, provide superior support and be willing to collaborate with colleagues and work on a productive team
- In-house recruitment experience is a plus
