GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Julius Baer has embarked on an ambitious digital transformation initiative to bring our digital client experience to the next level. The initiative encompasses our private banking and intermediaries businesses globally. We are growing our team and are looking for individuals who want to actively shape the digital future of Julius Baer, the international reference in Private Banking. The main priority for next year will be to lead the project to migrate portfolio data and upgrade client reporting to TripleA Plus.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:**KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION**
**Delivery Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Wealth Management Domain as Product Owner, and act as project / program manager from a business perspective for large initiatives within the domain
- Primary liaison with business leads, front office, Middle/Back-office teams and other stakeholders, both in Asia and globally
- Lead the project to migrate Portfolio / Position data to TripleA Plus, and expose the data in internal and client facing systems, incl Portfolio/Client Reporting
- Gather and define user stories and create a backlog (including functional, non-functional, legal and operational requirements)
- Close collaboration with scrum teams, for own solutions and across the domain
- Setup governance, establish working groups
- Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies and risks
- Establish project plan, identify key milestones, critical path and dependencies
- Coordinate preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing and User sign-off

**Change Management and Communications**:

- Drive transformation by running or supporting trainings and communication
- Work with business teams to ensure operational readiness for project go-live
- Design and execute training plan
- Communicate key changes and workarounds to clients and users
- Define and analyse metrics that track the success of new solutions and products

**Regulatory Responsibilities, Risk Management**:

- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

**YOUR PROFILE**:**SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION**
**Professional and Technical**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking
- 5+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g. Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role
- Experience in working with T24 and/or TripleA Plus
- Thorough understanding of private banking value chain and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape
- Experience with Portfolio Management systems and multi-channel distribution of content
- Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking
- Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness
- Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes
