Whether seeking love, companionship, or special connections, TanTan is dedicated to helping users find what they're looking for. **Role Overview**: We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven **Junior Product Manager - Trust, Safety & Compliance**to help build a safer experience for our global user base. You’ll work cross-functionally across product, moderation, legal, and engineering teams while also managing relationships with third-party spam, fraud, and abuse detection vendors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about online safety, data-driven product development, and problem-solving at scale. ️ **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in developing and refining trust and safety product features, especially focused on spam and fraud prevention. - Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., anti-spam filters, device fingerprinting tools, behavioral anomaly detectors) to integrate and manage detection systems. - Monitor T&S metrics including abuse reports, block ratios, and spam click-throughs. - Partner with moderation and customer service teams to optimize backend review workflows. - Support rollout of automated content detection systems (e.g., keyword flagging, NSFW classifiers). - Translate safety needs into clear product requirements and tickets. - Regularly audit third-party performance, flag false positives/negatives, and suggest data-driven improvements. - Work closely with international markets team to localize safety features and reporting tools. **Qualifications**: - 1-2 years of experience in product, operations, or T&S-related roles. Experience with dating/social apps a big plus. **Fresh graduates with related internship experiences welcome**: - Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and structured in your approach. - Familiarity with third-party fraud/spam tools (e.g., Sift, Arkose Labs, ZETA, IAS, etc.) preferred. - Ability to balance speed and rigor when evaluating safety interventions. - Empathy for users and a clear sense of what "trust" means in online interactions. - Strong communication skills, able to align stakeholders across product, engineering, and external vendors.Bonus: Experience working on safety-related ML models, filters, or moderation tooling. **Why Join Us?** - You’ll have a real impact on user well-being and trust in one of the most emotionally sensitive verticals: online dating. - You’ll gain experience working across international markets, with real-time data and millions of users. - Be part of a bold, fast-moving product team where safety isn’t an afterthought, it’s the foundation.
