**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Product Manager at Addlly.ai, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our AI-powered writing tools. Working closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will help drive product development from ideation through launch, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining product vision and strategy in collaboration with senior product management and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify user needs and evaluate competitor products.
- Work with the engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver features that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and materials.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine product features and interfaces.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role in tech, ideally with exposure to AI technologies or content creation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
