**Job Role**:
The Digital Content & Information Manager is responsible for cataloguing digital content, designing marketing communications across platforms, and supporting on-site audience engagement. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, producing creative materials (both digital and print), and enhancing audience experience through tech-enabled tools.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Content & Information Systems**:

- Organise and maintain digital records, including cataloguing physical assets - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of information

**2. Content & Visual Communications**:

- Design and develop communication materials for both online and offline platforms, including:

- Branding assets (e.g. logos, graphics)
- Print materials (e.g. brochures, posters, catalogues)
- Digital platforms (e.g. websites, social media, publications)
- Product and event visuals (e.g. merchandise, promotional content) - Maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling - Contribute to the development of interactive content tools (e.g. digital campaigns, virtual galleries)

**3. Audience Engagement**:

- Support on-site engagement and content delivery - Implement technology-driven audience experiences (e.g. digital guides, feedback systems) - Gather and analyse engagement data to support continuous improvements
