The person will be responsible for achieving Sales from the respective geography in Asia Pacific region. It will broadly encapsulate managing Leads, coordinating with Channel Partners (CP), creating new partner relations, making calls to International Leads, explaining the projects, follow up with them and converting into sales. It will also include completing the documentation of sales with the customers and maintaining customer database. The JD also includes handling of CP relationships.

**Conversion of enquiries into sales**
- Lead Management, touch base with International Leads
- Helping the customers in booking apartments and related documentation
- Responsible for targets prescribed for the market.

**Channel Partner Engagement**
- Build on rapport with existing CPs
- Create newer CP relations in the market.
- Train CPs on our products and constantly monitors CP performance
- Handles payouts of CP by coordinating with the regions.

**KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS**
- Meeting International Sales Target set for APAC market.
- Completion of International sales documentation
- Cross selling of projects Internationally
- Maintaining CP Relations and add more CPs in the market.
- Representation at exhibitions and expos internationally.

**Requirements for language proficiency**

Should be able to converse fluiently in English and Hindi.
