- Gather data and compile meaningful reports for customer data analysis and internal data quality scoring
- Analyze customer and campaign data - focusing on data that accurately measures actionable results.
- Develop ongoing and ad-hoc reports to track key performance metrics
- Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing & internal business reports/dashboards
- Monitor and improve data quality from our marketing partners
- Supporting team requirements in pulling stats and data for analysis
- Work closely with the Head of Data Performance to improve results
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of energy and focus with an emphasis on speed and quality of deliverables.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
- Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to create actionable insights by aggregating and distilling large-scale data sets.
- Self-directed, able to work and able to deliver timely and accurate results with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with a large amount of data meticulously.
- Excellent communications, presentations & creative skills (Both written and Oral in English).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices and technologies.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, multi-task and able to respond well under pressure.
- Positive working attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Results-oriented, strong work ethic and a strong team player. Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data analysis skills: 2 years (preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
