**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Membership & Partnership Intern is responsible for supporting the Membership team with Membership and Partnership related duties including administrative work and management of our co-working space, Bardo.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Membership**:

- Assist the Membership team with member administration, including updating databases and CRM platforms (e.g., Peoplevine and Lightspeed).
- Support team's tours for prospective members and tenants at Bardo.
- Support membership and finance teams in handling member-related tasks, such as renewals, disputes, suspensions, terminations, and finance-related matters.
- Help execute loyalty and engagement initiatives, including preparing care packages, sending birthday cards, and recognizing top spenders.
- Manage sensitive membership data with confidentiality.
- Provide support for community groups and membership events as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is stocked with up-to-date profile forms and membership/Bardo marketing materials.
