**Our client is Hiring: Operations Business Analyst**:

As an **Operations Business Analyst**, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining, managing, and implementing transformative changes that power our growth across global markets.

**Your Role at a Glance**:
**Requirements Gathering & Analysis**:

- Engage SMEs and stakeholders to capture and document detailed business requirements using proven elicitation tools and techniques.
- Map out current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse data migration and reporting needs to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Liaise closely with service providers to communicate requirements and constraints effectively.
- Support UAT planning, provide training, and ensure post-implementation documentation is accurate and complete.

**Solution Assessment & Validation**:

- Collaborate with Architecture and Technology teams to design optimal, scalable solutions.
- Facilitate solution design workshops with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure smooth integration testing and support issue resolution across platforms.

**Change Management & Project Delivery**:

- Provide operational and strategic support during project implementation phases.
- Coordinate communication, issue tracking, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
- Lead smaller initiatives end-to-end as both the **Business Analyst**and **Project Manager**.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**General Attributes**:

- Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
- Detail-oriented, independent, and thrives under mínimal supervision.
- Skilled in requirement capture tools, use case creation, stakeholder mapping, and business process modeling.

**Domain-Specific Expertise**:

- Deep understanding of post-trade operations, collateral management, and performance attribution.
- Hands-on knowledge of buy-side enterprise data models, including portfolio structures, pricing, and transaction flows.
- Exposure to trading and investment platforms like **BlackRock Aladdin**or **FactSet**preferred.
- Awareness of Asian regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, HKMA, ASIC, EMIR) and trade reporting obligations.
- Familiarity with middle and back-office outsourcing environments.Experience collaborating directly with Portfolio Managers, Dealers, and Operations teams.

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Business Analysis or Operations within **Banking**, **Asset Management**, or **Insurance**industries.
- Experience working in multi-market environments and supporting cross-border stakeholders.
