As **Head, Invest Operations** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

This role is accountable for designing, building and maintaining the operational infrastructure, controls and processes, enabling the business to effectively offer wealth management solutions in line with the business' objectives and strategy.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Responsible for defining the operational strategy in line with the business' objectives. Operational strategy decisions include, but are not limited to:

- Execution & clearing arrangements infrastructure design
- Books and records management, reconciliation and accounting
- Operational fund flows for settlements, withdrawals
- Vendor analysis, selection and management
- Collaborating with other functions including Legal, Compliance, Finance and Risk to design, build and maintain operational infrastructure, controls and processes to support its operational strategy
- Collaborating with other functions to calibrate necessary frameworks, processes and guardrails to support the business
- Overseeing the day-to-day execution of all areas within the operations function including building and managing an operational team to support the ongoing operations of the business
- Build and maintain effective operational relationships with key vendors
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Uphold high standards of conduct, governance and operational excellence
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and adjust systems and processes accordingly

- Bachelor's Degree
- 10-15 years' experience, preferably in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
- 5-10 years of executive level operational experience
- Sound knowledge of investing propositions, products and operational design decisions
- Hands-on and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record of leading and developing teams in a growing business
- Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
- Strong prioritisation capabilitiy and decision making skills
