Service Department Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Service Department to achieve business growth and profitability, ensuring that suitable margins are maintained, stock and equipment are controlled, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Coordinate with production staff and collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Senior Managers of affiliated companies to achieve common objectives.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare paperwork for raising invoices related to serviced products, and ensure processing and mailing before the end of the servicing month.
- Report any matter or incident that may involve the company or its insurers incurring liability or be of interest to the Directors of the Company.
Job Requirements:
- Have excellent knowledge of the company's products and services to efficiently address customer requirements.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, be assertive, and have a positive attitude to lead the team and drive service excellence.
- Able to work at Ubi location, 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
