Service Relations Officer

**Job description**
- Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, Closing and settlement, payment collection
- Answer phone call, registration, maintaining appointments
- Financial Counselling
- Follow-up on outstanding amounts
- And any other duties assigned by the management
**Role Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferred / Fresh school leavers are welcome
- Min GCE O Level or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working attitude.
- Customer service mindset.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Must be computer literate
- Hard working and keen to learn
- Office Hours
- 5.5 work days per week (Monday to Saturday) (Sunday & PH OFF)
