**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support Relationship Managers in delivering bespoke wealth management services to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The ARM will play a key role in client servicing, trade execution, portfolio administration, and coordination of wealth solutions across a full spectrum of private banking products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of HNW clients, including daily servicing needs and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and prepare client materials, investment proposals, KYC reviews, and account documentation.
- Support in trade execution and operational processing of products such as:
**Unit Trusts**
**Bonds & Equities**
**Structured Products**(e.g., **Equity-Linked Notes**, **Credit-Linked Notes**)
**Dual Currency Investments (DCI)**
**Accumulators / Decumulators**
**Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)**
**Foreign Exchange (FX) and FX Derivatives**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Investment Advisors, Product Specialists, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor client portfolios for maturity dates, funding needs, margin calls, and investment opportunities.
- Assist in onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and other regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services support role.
- Strong understanding of investment and banking products relevant to private clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Team-oriented with a client-first mindset.
