As Senior Account Executive you are the catalyst behind the growth and success of the company and carry responsibility for all sales opportunities across the market segments (commercial, mid-market, SMB, Enterprise) in Singapore.

As a consultative Sales Professional, you are expected to take ownership of positioning the full Genesys solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, securing net-new business and driving revenue growth from within the existing customer base.

This role focuses on both direct-touch and high-touch sales to end customers in the Singapore region as well as coordinating sales motion, delivery and fulfillment through any one of our channel partners.

The Senior Account Executive will own all accounts in Singapore market as assigned by the manager.

What You Can Bring to Genesys
- Carry a sales quota for Singapore.
- The main external contact is with end-customers and channel partners.
- Invest 50% of available time in the pursuit of Top X opportunities by having regular contact with assigned top X accounts, and the other 50% progressing strategies and to develop the business with the functional team and channel partners.
- Complete Account Executive Documents for every focus or investment account in his/her territory and will coordinate the overall execution of the plan.
- The Senior Account Executive will establish solid relationships at all levels within their assigned accounts and direct account-related activities to ultimately achieve better account control than our competition.
- Manage a virtual team that is make up of cross-functional members, to drive sales campaign and must be able to lead the team and provide constant direction.
- Must have strong communication and decision-making skills in order to coordinate activities with multiple partners and internal organizations.
- Be responsible and accountable for the integrity of the proposals submitted including the overall structure of the deal and the pricing of the opportunity (as per any price approval guidelines).
- Provide regular forecasts to the head of sales for the sub-region on current and pipeline opportunities.

You have been there and done this
- 8+ years previous business-to-business experience (ideally Sales for a Software Company or System Integrator or working for a Transformation Partner) with a documented track record of success in complex and Consultative Sales Environment
- Sales experience in Cloud or SaaS-based software sales in customer-centric
- Experienced securing deals with Enterprise, Multi-national companies across industries.
- Communication skills, verbal and written, in addition to building relationships within the internal organisation
- Business fluent in the English language
- Effective presentation skills
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to influence for both externally and internally
- Prioritization & Effective time management
- Financial skills in deal structuring including TCO analyses and leasing
- Effective relationship building
- Must be able to function independently with mínimal supervision
- Forecasting ability with experience with sales methodology like SPIN, Solution Selling, Meddpicc and use of SFDC Lighting.
- Must be able to lead a virtual team of customer success manager, presales, alliance, marketing, sales development rep, finance support personnel, and partners to effectively manage an overall sales campaign.
- Demonstration of success in large account management and quota achievement.
