**Role Description**

We are seeking an experienced **Integration Solution Architect**with expertise in **TIBCO,**Workato**and **Boomi**platforms to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define integration strategies, and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using platforms such as TIBCO, Workato and Boomi, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Define integration architecture and standards to support enterprise-wide interoperability.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and enforce best practices for integration, including data mapping, process orchestration, and API management.
- Oversee end-to-end integration project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver on integration goals.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in integration technologies and recommend enhancements to the existing integration architecture.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **5+ years**of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions, with a focus on **TIBCO, Workato**and **Boomi**platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in TIBCO tools such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and ActiveMatrix, and Boomi AtomSphere platform.
- Experience with API design and management, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of data transformation and mapping tools, protocols, and formats (e.g., XML, JSON, EDI).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with cloud platforms ( **AWS, Azure, GCP**) and hybrid integration strategies is a plus.
