**Qualification**
- BE/B.Sc. or ME/M.Sc. or similar academic degree

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Liaison with the corresponding business domains’ owners and the operational teams as necessary, in order to realize their core objectives of the solution implementation and challenges in their operational processes
- Design the MDM architecture using appropriate MDM technology / products, that fulfils the data needs and demands of the enterprise, while establishes a seamless integration within the technology landscape of the customer
- Leads the architectural discussions with corresponding technology teams within the client workplace and, as well presents the solutions designs to all stakeholder’s time to time, to appraise them and seek the approvals or any recommendations, for a successful solution implementation
- Guides and provides technology insights to the solution engineering teams for successful and timely delivery of the planned releases. And, assists the business analysts and other relevant teams on the MDM and data governance related deliverables, as necessary
- Dives into the problem analysis and determines quick solutions in critical / problematic situations that may arise in the productive systems, in order to be able to resume the services and avoid potential longer downtimes
- Works closely with the Cognizant management and technology teams to exchange the information related to the challenges encountered & the solutions implementations, and helps clients with better service offerings

**Technical Skills**:

- Tibco - EBX
- Java / J2EE, AJAX, Webservices
- Front end technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS, XML
- Application/Web servers like Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat
- Databases like Oracle and SQL
- Shell Scripting

**Key Competencies**:

- **Strong technical competency to work on the data management tool - EBX (from Tibco - Orchestra Networks), together with its additional modules for faster and better solutions implementation**:

- **Experience as an Architect and ability to guide & lead the related solutions engineering teams, with knowledge on Software Development processes.**:

- Ability to lead the discussions with technology and business teams of the client and establish confidence in the successful solution implementation and delivery
- Experience in data migration from legacy system to MDM an added advantage.
- Extensive experience in EBX, Java & J2EE, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Testing framework
- Experience in collaborative working environment where the teams are locally or globally located

**Knowledge**:

- Experience of on-site / off-shore delivery model
- Strong experience with enterprise level technology frameworks, solution design patterns, and user interface framework
- Fluent in English language skills (written, spoken) is a must have

**Experience**:

- **Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in architecture, design, development of solutions using EBX technology**:

- Experience in software development lifecycle with various project execution methodologies
- Experience in working closely with the customer teams as well as other organizational support groups
- Understanding of enterprise level systems landscape and experience in managing / supporting business critical IT systems in productive environments
- Previous consulting experience in complex multi-national organizations
- Domain knowledge on BFS, Insurance, Life sciences will be an advantage

**Salary**: Up to $13,000.00 per month
