**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define best practices, design, build and support the essential foundations of the TIBCO integration platform.
- Partner with the offshore team to define and coordinate technical design and project delivery.
- Review high-level and low-level designs and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the end-to-end solution for these new integration streams.
- Contribute to defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives.
- Share support and expertise by providing training and knowledge-sharing sessions with the onsite and offshore team members.

**Key Competencies**:

- Hands-on experience in design, development, deployment, configuration, and support of various integration platform components.
- Solid experience in TIBCO product in ActiveMatrix suites (BW, BPM, BE, MFT, BC, EMS, Hawk, and Adapters, etc.).
- Extensive work on web services (SOAP/REST).
- Java/J2EE background with experience in Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, JUnit, Apache, etc.
- Understanding of XML file format, hashing and encryption, and transfer protocols (sFTP, AS2, SOAP, etc.).

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in the Technology field including hands-on in both development and production support roles.
- Experience in providing communications across business and technology stakeholders at varying levels.
- Experience in planning, designing, and executing effective support and process models.
- Understanding of Software Process Models like Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Experience in Incident and Problem Management: Incident tracking and reporting; Problem tracking and reporting until resolution to ensure a reduction of production incidents.
- Experience in or participation in Capacity Planning, Re-Engineering, and Performance Fine Tuning.
- Desire experience in Infrastructure Migrations: Hands-on experience in planning and executing DB Migrations, Server Migrations, and Version Upgrades from the production support perspective.

In summary, we are seeking a technical lead with solid hands-on experience in TIBCO integration components, web services, and Java/J2EE technologies. You should have a track record in providing technical assistance on multiple systems and platforms and a good understanding of software process models. Experience in Incident and Problem Management, Capacity Planning, and Infrastructure Migrations would be an added advantage. You will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and development of Cash and Trade Management TIBCO integration projects and should be able to coordinate with the offshore team effectively.
