We provide innovative AI-analytics merged with enriched data to identify your next in-market prospects and customers at scale. **Contributes to Company Mission by**: In addition to presenting innovative, integrated and custom best-in-class solutions designed to enable sales and marketing professionals to identify, activate and convert the right buyers to achieve their organization's growth goals, the "Segment" Account Director will influence Company revenue and contribute to profitability objectives. **Position Summary**: The "Segment" Account Director will develop business relationships with assigned "segment" logos to position global B2B data solutions while managing the entire sales cycle to include qualifying, presenting and closing innovative, integrated and custom solutions. The "Segment" Account Director will identify new logos utilizing a consultative approach paired with their knowledge of the challenges faced by digital marketers. **Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do"**: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with current clients through routine engagement of contacts to ensure Company solutions remain top of mind while educating clients on the general market conditions while providing exemplary customer service. - Conduct a consultative assessment of the business needs to position innovative, integrated and custom solutions/ programs to "segment" accounts. - Develop a business plan and implement sales strategies to enable the sale of solution(s). - Close client contracts to deliver sales results that meet revenue goals and profitability objectives. - Strategically evaluate the assigned portfolio based on propensity to purchase dervived from key buying signals and ideal customer profile (ICP) indicators to include prioritization, addition and removal of accounts. - Prospect into new logos utilizing multi-channel resources within the assigned sales segment, identify and strategize new customer initiatives, develop new offerings, promote solution sales models & secure insertion orders. - Provide pipeline management, business forecasts and relevant performance metrics to report progress to goal(s). **Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need"**: - Proven sales record in selling global B2B data solutions to "segment" customers with knowledge of the challenges faced by digital marketers. - Proven business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process. - Knowledge and experience with business plan development, execution and management. - Proven track record of meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and/ or annual basis. - Experience with program measurement and analytics not limited to opportunities created, forecasting revenue and sales performance. - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - Initiative to identify new prospects and solutions to grow the business and its portfolio. - Demonstrate good judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiating skills to make strategic decisions. - Effective communication skills coupled with solid presentation skills. - Contribute to a collaborative environment that exemplifies a commitment to the Company's core values. - Ability to articulate Company value proposition to prospects and clients. - Must be able to work on-site, as requested by the business, which could include up to 5 business days per week.
