Corporate Compliance & Record Maintenance**:

- Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of corporate affiliates, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, including annual filing obligations and the upkeep of statutory records.
- ** Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination**:

- Serve as a key liaison with auditors, regulatory bodies, external counsels, and internal stakeholders to facilitate compliance and coordinate corporate secretarial activities.
- Support the legal entity lifecycle process, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- ** System & Data Management**:

- Own and manage corporate legal entity management systems and processes, and act as the liaison of the legal entity management on behalf of China, APAC, and India.
- ** External Counsel Management**
- Engage with and manage all external law firms and consultants, including engagement letters, bill review, invoices, and coordinate with relevant corporate functions accordingly.
- ** Ad Hoc Legal & Administrative Support**:
