**About Our Client**:
The client is a prominent and influential company in the geospatial technology industry. Founded in 1969, it is a leading provider of Geographic Information System (GIS) software, solutions, and services. The company's primary focus is on developing powerful tools for capturing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing geographic data.

Responsibilities include:

- Achieving results: Responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, providing support to the general manager and staff, and managing office accounting, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Additionally, handle facilities management, annual contract renewals, and external vendor requests.
- Demonstrating expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, management issues, and staff concerns. Collaborate with Esri headquarters to ensure proper implementation of corporate policies, manage office closures during natural disasters/emergencies, and lead office improvements and expansions.
- Creating an impact: Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires, working closely with HR representatives to handle interview logistics and training needs.
- Fostering a sense of community: Organize and coordinate meetings, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events. Keep the staff informed about office activities and deadlines, and proactively seek opportunities to strengthen the office community.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 7 years of experience of administrative and/or office management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments, and also teams from the U.S
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills to tackle office situations and issues where needed.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, PowerBI is a plus
- Experience working for a multinational corporation involved in business process improvement in the areas of engineering, operations, customer care, and finance is a plus.
