**RETAIL STORE MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER (F&B)** **JOB SUMMARY** The Retail Store Manager bears the overall responsibility for the profitability of the chain store. He/she performs store-level supports functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, ordering inventory and back office support. - Plan roster for operations staff - Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the store are properly executed - Effectively manage recruitment, lead and manage employees, oversee operations, handle customer complaints, and generate financial/ cost reports - Manage, direct and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and effective manner - Maintain a high level of customer service standards - Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service - Perform inventory checks and product ordering - Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented - Provide suggestions or develop a new SOP to improve operations and employee duties for the betterment of the customers - Coach and conduct training for quality and efficient operational excellence - Communicate daily and act as a liaison between operations staff and management - Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment - Develops personal growth opportunities - Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors **Job Requirements**: - At least 5 years of working experience in the Retail / F&B industry is required for this position - Excellent interpersonal skills - Preferably Manager specialized in Retail/Food/Beverage Service or equivalent - Ability to commence work immediately highly advantageous **RETAIL TEAM LEADER (F&B)** **JOB SUMMARY** The Retail Team Leader assists the Store Manager to perform store-level supports functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, ordering inventory and back office support. - Responsible for sales and profits - Responsible for inventory management, maintain housekeeping standards as well as product planning - Responsible for allocation of the products according to sales and customer demands - Supervise and conduct training for a team of Retail Assistants to ensure the smooth running of daily operations **Job Requirements**: - Minimum GCE "O" level with 2 years of relevant experience - Independent and team player with good leadership skills - Service-oriented and hands-on person - Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to commence work immediately highly advantageous **RETAIL ASSOCIATES (RETAIL / F&B)** **FULL / PART-TIME** - Preparing orders for delivery - Replenishing of products on shelves - Ensure orders picked are in good condition in terms of packaging, expiry dates, freshness etc. - Ensure sufficient level of care and attention is given throughout the fulfillment process - Any other ad hoc duties assigned **Job Requirements**: - At least 1-2 years relevant retail experience - Possess a food handler’s license ( **Food Safety Course Level 1 **or higher) is a plus - Basic written and verbal communication skills in English - Basic IT proficiency in using smartphones - Required to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to work in a team - Applicants with no experience are welcomed. Training will be provided - Ability to commence work immediately highly advantageous **KITCHEN ASSISTANT (RETAIL FOOD SERVICE)** **JOB SUMMARY** Assist in food preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen. He/She should ensure that all kitchen equipment and structures are always kept and maintained in safe and good working order. - Involve in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production. Food preparation will be in accordance with daily operations - Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures - Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures - Receive and store products. Assist in stock take and storage of stock - Maintain quality control procedures - Housekeeping routines - Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager **Job Requirements**: - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience with prior experience in the kitchen is preferred - Possess a food handler’s license ( **Food Safety Course Level 1 **or higher) highly preferred - Good knowledge of food health and safety regulations - Fit to withstand long hours standing - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to work in a team - Required to work on weekends and public holidays. - Ability to commence work immediately highly advantageous **No Prior Experience and Retirees are all welcomed - Reason for Leaving most recent 3 companies - Last/Current Salary - Expected Salary - Availability / Notice Period
