Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of our stores in Singapore. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving the financial performance of your assigned stores. What Awaits You Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned stores, including staff management, inventory control, and sales reporting Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets Implement effective merchandising and visual presentation strategies to maximise store appeal and drive sales Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Contribute to the development and training of your store team, fostering their professional growth We Are Excited About You If You Have Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management or a related field Demonstrated track record of driving sales and profitability in a retail environment Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to inform decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Should You Join Watsons?Watsons is Singapore's leading beauty and health retailer with more than 90 stores located islandwide.
