**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identifying and onboarding key tenants with unique food products, concepts or experiences
- Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to key tenants’ concerns and needs
- Building and strengthening tenant relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Working with your named tenants to identify their biggest challenges and opportunities and looking for ways we can help with those challenges and opportunities
- Developing a thorough understanding of our product and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to our key tenants
- Generating meaningful progress reports to give to key tenants and higher-ups with the organisation

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional experience in a sales, account or relationship management role
- Collaborative, fast-moving and comfortable with change
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Ability to multi-task and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic management and financial knowledge
- Strong business acumen or entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity or keen interest in the local and international food scene
