**JOB SUMMARY**
- This role is critical in driving AI adoption and enablement across the bank functions.
This pivotal role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver tangible value. It will be responsible for translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and facilitating the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases that have the potential to deliver significant business value.
Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation.**Business**
- Business Analysts, Business Partners, COO Business, ITO, CDO, internal staff, clients and 3rd parties.**Processes**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategy.
Collaborate with data science teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms that address specific business needs.
Interpret and communicate the results of AI models to business stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.**Governance**
Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Provide training and support to business users to help them understand and leverage AI tools and technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting the benefits of AI and encouraging experimentation.**Regulatory & Business Conduct**

- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of AI project objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.**Other Responsibilities**

- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
