Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and handling front desk operations. This role involves managing office tasks, greeting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Answer phone calls to schedule appointments and handle inquiries professionally. Welcome and assist customers.
- **Office Administration**: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, handling mails and packages, coordinating internal and external communications.
- **Support for Team Members**: Provide administrative support to other team members as needed, including bookkeeping, invoicing and billing, payroll administration.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent; specialize in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
