We are looking for a Technical & Operations Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Centre Facilities Management**
- Daily opening & closing of centres
- Centre inspection, maintenance & repair works
- Venue security matters
- Venue cleanliness

2. **Operations and Technical Handling**
- Manage or assist in stage setup & teardown, including cabling works
- Knowledge of using lighting board, sound mixer & microphones and projector
- Any other relevant technical equipment where required
- Facilitate event setup/teardown and any other operational requirements where required

3. **Coordination**
- Constant communication with Operations Team members and Space and Community department
- Assist venue officers in venue hire clients
- Assist in the handling of landlord for facilities-related matters where required
- Manage cleaning & pest control vendors
- Source for vendor quotes for purchasing
- Manage any other relevant contractors and vendors when required

4. **Utilities Efficiency Control**
- Monitor and control utilities
- Recommend or propose energy efficient methods and equipment

5. **Compliance**
- Comply with established safety practices when performing maintenance or repair works such as, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety

6. **Ad-hoc Duties**
- Provide support for the company or other departments where required

**Qualifications & Experience**
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Facility Management, Event Management, Engineering, Technical Theatre, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical operations, event setup, or facility management
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, and emergency system is an advantage
- Prior experience in handling AV systems, lighting, sound, video, and projector operations
- Prior experience in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV, lighting, staging, and projection equipment
- Ability to perform maintenance, repairs and centre inspection
- Understanding of energy management and cost control for utilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and landlords
- Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach to work
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
