**Principal Consultant, Climate Change & Net-Zero Strategy (Singapore)**

**Your Role: Lead Climate Strategy in SE Asia**

We’re looking for a driven Principal Consultant to lead our Climate Change & Net-Zero Strategy services in SE Asia and Singapore, while also supporting clients across Asia-Pacific. You’ll be the face of our climate advisory services in Singapore - building client relationships, leading projects, and driving growth.

You’ll work across APAC, delivering practical, high-quality solutions for clients in:

- Aligning with IFRS and other mandatory sustainability reporting requirements
- Climate risk and scenario analysis
- GHG emissions accounting (Scopes 1, 2 & 3)
- Net-zero and decarbonisation strategy
- Renewable energy and fleet transition planning

**What you’ll do**
- **Lead & Grow**: Build SLR’s presence in Singapore and beyond through business development, thought leadership, and client engagement.
- **Deliver Projects**: Manage end-to-end delivery of climate strategy projects, ensuring quality, insight, and impact.
- **Inspire Teams**: Mentor and manage junior consultants, manage project teams, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- **Shape Solutions**: Develop new service offerings aligned with market needs and regulatory trends.

**What you’ll bring**
- 8+ years’ experience in climate change, sustainability, or related fields
- Proven expertise in:

- Climate risk assessments & scenario analysis
- GHG accounting (including Scope 3)
- Net-zero, carbon neutral and other sustainability frameworks (including SBTi)
- Decarbonisation strategy and implementation roadmaps
- A thorough understanding of the core requirements of the IFRS S2, as well as the TCFD recommendations.
- Demonstrable experience in business development, client growth, and winning work.
- Ability to distil quantitative and qualitative data and communicate it succinctly to clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
